Relationship between shock wave and steam turbine efficiency
The high efficiency requirements of chemical plants have led to the widespread application of steam turbine units.However,the enlargement of steam turbines can generate shock waves locally,which can cause harm,and the higher the intensity,the greater the harm.Although improvements have been made to the blades and separator of the turbine structure,how to avoid the generation of shock waves and reduce shock wave intensity in the process is a topic of discussion.The article analyzes the reasons for the high exhaust pressure of the steam turbine in the air compressor unit,conducts inspections and treatments during the operation and shutdown of the device,eliminates the problem of high exhaust pressure of the steam turbine in the air compressor unit,finds the relationship between steam turbine shock wave intensity and efficiency,and ensures the economic and safe operation of the PTA device.
