Design and construction of melt jacket pipeline for polymerization equipment
Sandwich pipelines are a special type of pipeline that uses high-temperature media to heat or maintain the temperature of liquids,and their design and construction processes are usually complex.Due to the viscosity of the medium in sandwich structures,in order to reduce resistance in design,it is necessary to improve the plasticity of the sandwich structure and adjust the direction of the medium in the sandwich structure to achieve the final heat tracing effect.Taking the main material pipeline in the aggregation factory as an example,this article explains the use of jacketed pipe fittings and their non-destructive testing,in order to provide reference for research in related fields.
