本文简述了熔融法生产聚碳酸酯(PC)的反应原理及生产工艺过程,重点分析了目前生产过程中影响产品质量和装置能耗的主要因素,结合生产装置实际,提出了优化方案;改进原料双酚A(BPA)输送方式.实际应用效果表明,本研究使得产品质量-色相水平提高40%以上,每年运行成本减少了 149万元左右,固定成本减少了 269万元左右,提高了收益,有效提升了公司产品市场竞争力.
Discussion on the production process of polycarbonate
This article briefly describes the reaction principle and production process of polycarbonate(PC)pro-duced by melting method,with a focus on analyzing the main factors affecting product quality and device energy consumption in the curent production process.Based on the actual production device,an optimization plan is pro-posed;Improve the delivery method of raw material bisphenol A(BPA).The actual application results show that this study has improved product quality and color level by more than 40%,reduced annual operating costs by about 1.49 million yuan,reduced fixed costs by about 2.69 million yuan,increased revenue,and effectively enhanced the company's product market competitiveness.
