激光刻蚀增强聚丙烯烟尘的影响因素研究

对激光刻蚀增强聚丙烯产生的烟尘量进行了研究,结果显示激光刻蚀增强聚丙烯产生的烟尘主要是由PP熔融冷却后形成的球状物和玻纤碎末组成,其中色粉中的炭黑是激光刻蚀增强聚丙烯产生烟雾和烟尘的主要原因,增强聚丙烯中的玻纤是激光刻蚀增强聚丙烯产生烟尘的主要来源,加工过程受到的剪切强度越大,材料中玻纤保留长度越小,激光刻蚀时烟尘量越大.
Research on smoke and dust of laser etching reinforced polypropylene
The amount of smoke and dust generated by laser etching reinforced polypropylene was studied.The re-sults showed that the smoke and dust generated by laser etching reinforced polypropylene was mainly composed of spherical objects of PP and glass fiber powder.The carbon black is the main cause of smoke and dust produced by laser etching reinforced polypropylene.The glass fiber is the main source of smoke and dust produced by laser etch-ing reinforced polypropylene.The greater the shear strength experienced by reinforced polypropylene during the processing,the shorter the length of glass fibers retained in reinforced polypropylene,and the greater the amount of smoke and dust generated during laser etching.
