Comparative analysis and research on high-density polyethylene production processes
High density polyethylene(HDPE),as a thermoplastic high-density material with good mechanical and processing properties,is an indispensable and important material in various fields such as industry,agriculture,and light industry.This article mainly analyzes the commonly used production processes of HDPE.The research re-sults indicate that there are three main types of HDPE production processes:the slurry production process occupies a major position in the domestic HDPE production field;The characteristics of gas-phase production process are high single line production capacity and stable production;The solution method production process is relatively fast and simple,and is commonly used to produce high value-added products.
