Study on the modified aromatization reaction of methanol coupled light hydrocarbons catalyzed by ZSM-5 impregnation with Zn
ZSM-5 molecular sieve was modified with four different mass fractions of Zn by equal volume impregna-tion method. The ZSM-5 molecular sieve samples impregnated with Zn were characterized by XRD,N2-adsorption and NH3-TPD,and the methanol coupled light hydrocarbons for aromatization was investigated. The results showed that the specific surface area, pore volume and acid content of ZSM-5 molecular sieve samples decreased after Zn impregnation, and with the increase of the mass fraction of Zn impregnation, the specific surface area, pore volume and acid content decreased more, which may be due to the zinc species plugging pore channels after the introduc-tion of zeolite, resulting in the reduction of the specific surface area and pore volume.Under the condition of 400℃,0.4 MPa(N2),mass airspeed 1.0 h-1(methanol∶extracted oil=1∶1),when Zn was loaded, the catalytic performance of ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst was improved. When the loading capacity was 2.0%,ZSM-5 molec-ular sieve catalyst had the best catalytic performance, and the methanol conversion rate was 100%,the aromatics selectivity was 34.18%,and the octane number was 91(RON).It was proved that the impregnation of Zn was beneficial to the aromatization of methanol coupled light hydrocarbons.
