Analysis of uncertainty in the determination of aniline in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
In order to detect the uncertainty of aniline in soil, the article analyzed it using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method. At the same time, the detection basis and principle of this detection method were briefly introduced, and the establishment of the detection model was systematically analyzed. The experimental re-sults indicate that the measurement result of aniline is 0.64 mg/kg,with an expanded uncertainty of 0.52 mg/kg(k=2).Meanwhile,research has found that the main influencing factors of uncertainty in the determination of ani-line in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are uncertainty introduced by recovery rate, uncertainty intro-duced by internal standard method, uncertainty introduced by instrument measurement repeatability, and uncertain-ty introduced during concentration and volumetric process. The uncertainty introduced during the sample weighing process in daily work can be almost negligible.
