多功能纤维增强陶瓷复合材料在火电厂脱硫防腐系统中的应用

火电厂脱硫系统吸收塔、烟道内衬主要采用玻璃钢、玻璃鳞片防腐材料,但该类产品易开裂、脱落,且产品燃点较低,在长期高温烟气使用过程中易发生火灾安全事故.针对上述问题,研发一种新型多功能纤维增强陶瓷复合材料具有重要的意义.本文研究内容在保证优异防腐性能条件下,弥补了传统有机类防腐材料易燃、有机含量高等缺点.该材料已成功应用于宁夏英力特化工股份有限公司热电分公司,取得良好的经济效益及社会效益.
Application of multifunctional fiber reinforced ceramic composite materials in desulfurization and anti-corrosion systems of thermal power plants
The absorption tower and flue lining of the desulfurization system in thermal power plants are mainly made of fiberglass and glass flake anti-corrosion materials.However,these products are prone to cracking and fall-ing off,and have a low ignition point,making them prone to fire safety accidents during long-term use of high-tem-perature flue gas.Developing a new type of multifunctional fiber reinforced ceramic composite material is of great significance in addressing the aforementioned issues.The research content of this article compensates for the short-comings of traditional organic anti-corrosion materials,such as flammability and high organic content,while ensu-ring excellent anti-corrosion performance.The material has been successfully applied to the Thermal Power Branch of Ningxia Yinglite Chemical Co.,Ltd.,achieving good economic and social benefits.
