Application of high pressure steam heat exchanger in polyester plant
The heat transfer required for polyester production is achieved through forced circulation of organic heat carriers.The current mainstream heat transfer oil heating system directly heats the heat transfer oil,which is forced to circulate in the liquid phase through a high-temperature oil pump.The heated heat transfer oil is then sent to the heating equipment,which then circulates to the boiler area for further heating,forming a complete cycle of heating system.The energy utilization efficiency of ordinary coal-fired boilers is only 80%to 85%,and the underutilized heat often leads to energy waste.By configuring a high-pressure heat exchanger and utilizing high-pressure water vapor to heat the circulating organic heat carrier,the heat transfer oil is smoothly heated to 325~330 ℃,replacing the original boiler heating organic heat carrier in the factory area.This method has many advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency,less daily maintenance,and stable operation,which can provide some reference for related research.
