自制双酚A竹木材质涂料降低操作难度的研究

通过将固化剂过氧化改性,在涂料体系中引入橡胶改性芳香族聚酰亚胺,降低涂料毒性的同时提升涂料的抗冲击强度.试验结果表明:添加橡胶改性芳香族聚酰亚胺的涂料网络结构中引入了端羧基柔性链段,显著提升涂料的抗冲击强度,自制固化剂通过过氧化改性延长了分子链,提升了沸点,经过小鼠表皮细胞毒性检测试验证明涂料毒性低,降低了实际涂覆的操作难度.
Research on reducing operation difficulty of homemade bisphenol a bamboo wood material coatings
By modifying the curing agent with peroxide and introducing rubber modified aromatic polyimide into the coating system,the toxicity of the coating is reduced while improving its impact strength.The experimental results showed that the addition of carboxyl terminated flexible chain segments in the coating network structure of rubber modified aromatic polyimide significantly improved the impact strength of the coating.The self-made curing agent extended the molecular chain and increased the boiling point through peroxide modification.The toxicity test of mouse epidermal cells proved that the coating had low toxicity,reducing the difficulty of actual coating operation.
