Study on the technology of Wings-FDY one-step ITY production
Through equipment renovation and process optimization,ITY has successfully achieved one-step produc-tion on Wings FDY equipment.The research results show that when the wind pressure is set to 30 Pa,the spin-ning/winding oil ratio is adjusted to 6∶4,the preheating roller temperature is 51 ℃,the shaping roller temperature is 124 ℃,the stretching ratio is 3.2,and the winding speed is 3550 m/min,the spinning condition of ITY 148dtex/108f is stable,and the physical indicators are uniform,meeting the customized product requirements of customers.
