Analysis of polyester production process and exploration of intelligent control
In order to achieve intelligent control of polyester production,this article first provides a detailed analysis of the polyester production process,including raw material preparation,esterification and ester exchange reactions,polymerization reactions,slicing,post-treatment,and other links.Corresponding intelligent control strategies have been proposed for each link in the polyester production process.In terms of raw material preparation and esterifica-tion/ester exchange reactions,intelligent control technology is used to monitor key parameters in real-time,and auto-matically adjust the raw material ratio and temperature conditions according to requirements.In terms of polymeriza-tion reactions,advanced algorithms and models are introduced to accurately control reaction time and temperature,in order to improve polymerization efficiency and product quality.For the slicing and post-processing stages,intelligent control methods are adopted to optimize operating parameters and enhance process stability.Through the implementa-tion of the above measures,production efficiency has been improved and quality has been guaranteed.The introduc-tion of intelligent control strategies has effectively reduced errors and risks in human operations,improved the stability and consistency of the production process,and provided practical reference for relevant personnel.
