Polyester scraper condenser renovation to solve vacuum blockage
With the aim of exploring the solution to local blockage in the pre condensation vacuum system in PET polyester production,this paper analyzes the defects in the structural design of the scraper condenser during the ini-tial stage of polyester localization and the causes of the faults.In practice,targeted technical improvements and process control measures are taken to prevent and eliminate vacuum blockage faults,ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment production.
