Optimization and improvement of sludge drying equipment
This article introduces the drying technology principle and current operating mode of a sludge disposal de-vice in a petrochemical wastewater treatment plant.In response to the current situation that the sludge drying equip-ment and facilities in the wastewater treatment plant cannot operate safely and stably for a long period of time,this article analyzes and proposes improvement measures from the aspects of process,equipment,safety,etc.,which improve the stable operating cycle and efficiency of the drying device,ensure the stability and safety of the operat-ing environment,and reduce human labor.The results of this study provide ideas and references for the stable op-eration of sludge drying treatment facilities,which is of certain significance for the continuous deepening of the con-struction of"waste free enterprises",the utilization of solid waste resources,and green and sustainable develop-ment.
