Exploration of round two-component elastic fiber(66/12)
The process of round-hole PET/HSF(normal/high shrinkage)two-component elastic fiber(hereinafter referred to as high-shrinkage double-elastic fiber,specification is 66dtex/12f)is explored from spinning and wind-ing,and the best process conditions are found by experimenting with A/B component ratio,winding speed,first-roll speed,second-roll temperature and other factors,and analyzing its related indexes(strength elongation,boiling water shrinkage,curling performance).
