Preparation technology and performance study of carbon fiber composite materials in aviation industry
Carbon fiber composite materials for aviation are widely used in the aviation industry due to their excel-lent strength,lightweight,and corrosion resistance.This article introduces the preparation process of carbon fibers,including carbonization and fiber stretching,as well as the preparation methods of composite materials,such as pre impregnation method and automated preparation technology.Focusing on its performance,the performance was ana-lyzed in terms of strength and stiffness,lightweight characteristics,and corrosion resistance.These key performance factors make it an ideal choice for aircraft and spacecraft components.
