有机溶剂纳滤在精细化工行业领域中的应用

精细化工行业生产过程包括较多工序,其中溶剂回收、产品浓缩等环节会消耗较大资源,有机溶剂纳滤能够耦合或替代传统工艺,实现节能减排.我国精细化工生产水平还有待提高,生产过程中分离吸收溶剂需要消耗大量能量,对分离技术进行优化能够有效降低能源消耗,还能够增加生产效率.近些年,有机溶剂纳滤(OSN)膜分离技术发展迅速,能够分离分子量200~1 000Da的溶质,通过无相变热分离热敏性物质,在精细化工的催化剂回收、溶剂回收等工艺环节被广泛应用.本研究对制药行业、食品加工行业中OSN的应用进行了探讨,并介绍了行业中的部分OSN工艺流程.
Application of organic solvent nanofiltration in the field of fine chemical industry
The production process in the fine chemical industry includes multiple processes,among which solvent re-covery,product concentration,and other processes consume significant resources.Organic solvent nanofiltration can couple or replace traditional processes to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.The production level of fine chemical industry in our country still needs to be improved.The separation and absorption of solvents in the pro-duction process requires a large amount of energy consumption.Optimizing the separation technology can effectively reduce energy consumption and increase production efficiency.In recent years,Organic Solvent Nanofiltration(OSN)membrane separation technology has developed rapidly.It can separate solutes with a molecular weight of 200~1000Da and thermally separate thermosensitive substances without phase change.It has been widely used in catalyst recovery,solvent recovery,and other processes in fine chemicals.This study explores the application of OSN in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries,and introduces some OSN process flows in the industry.
