Research on thermal conductive polyurethane adhesive for power battery pack packaging
With the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry,the packaging process and selection of ther-mal conductive materials for power battery packs have become key issues in core technology research and develop-ment.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the requirements and challenges of power battery pack packa-ging,explores the key role of thermal conductive materials in power battery pack packaging,and elaborates on the performance evaluation system of thermal conductive polyurethane adhesive.It also provides a detailed analysis of the preparation process and optimization of process parameters of thermal conductive polyurethane adhesive,and ex-plores how these process parameters affect the performance of thermal conductive polyurethane adhesive.At the same time,the application performance of thermal conductive polyurethane adhesive in power battery pack packa-ging was discussed in depth.Through detailed research on these key technologies,a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance can be provided for the efficient packaging and performance improvement of power battery packs,promoting the continuous progress of the electric vehicle industry.
