当前,我国的环境污染问题已经引起了全球的广泛关注.环境承载力已经达到或接近其极限,整体环境状况表现为环境质量较差、污染物排放量巨大.在石化行业中,挥发性有机物是主要的污染物,而在橡胶生产过程中,尾气的主要组分包括己烷和环己烷.本文着重介绍了贵金属催化氧化技术在橡胶尾气治理中的应用与实践,旨在为相关行业的尾气治理工作提供有价值的参考和借鉴.通过这项技术,我们期望能够有效改善环境状况,促进可持续发展.
Application of catalytic oxidation technology in the treatment of rubber drying exhaust gas
Currently,the environmental pollution problem in China has attracted widespread global attention.The environmental carrying capacity has reached or approached its limit,and the overall environmental condition is characterized by poor environmental quality and huge pollutant emissions.In the petrochemical industry,volatile organic compounds are the main pollutants,and in the rubber production process,the main components of exhaust gas include hexane and cyclohexane.This article focuses on the application and practice of precious metal catalytic oxidation technology in the treatment of rubber exhaust gas,aiming to provide valuable reference and inspiration for the exhaust gas treatment work in related industries.Through this technology,we hope to effectively improve envi-ronmental conditions and promote sustainable development.
