多孔结构的减反射膜具有良好的减反射性能,在光伏产业中有着广泛应用.减反射膜的制备方法主要包括溶胶凝胶法、刻蚀法、自组装法、气相沉积法以及阳极氧化法等.由于溶胶凝胶法具有制备工艺简单、生产成本低、原料来源多样化等优点,因此,本文对溶胶凝胶法制备多孔结构减反射膜的研究状况进行归纳,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考.
Research progress of antireflection coatings with porous structure prepared by sol gel method
Porous structure anti reflection film has good anti reflection performance and is widely used in the photo-voltaic industry.The preparation methods of antireflection coatings mainly include sol gel method,etching method,self-assembly method,vapor deposition method and anodic oxidation method.Because the sol gel method has the advantages of simple preparation process,low production cost,and diversified sources of raw materials,this paper summarizes the research status of the preparation of porous antireflection coatings by the sol gel method,with a view to providing reference for research in related fields.
