微硅粉改性耐热低烟无卤阻燃电缆复合材料的制备及性能研究

为保证电缆的环保使用和安全性能,研究对氢氧化镁进行湿法改性以增强电缆料的韧性,再采用微硅粉对低烟无卤阻燃电缆料进行改性,提高其加工性能和绝缘性.结果得出,当微硅粉含量为3%时,阻燃剂为53%或55%的电缆料熔融指数分别为 1.2 G/10 min 和 1.15 G/10 min.树脂+KH550-MH+微硅粉(47%/45%/8%)和树脂+KH550-MH+微硅粉(45%/47%/8%)的吸水率分别为0.54%和0.19%.因此证明了微硅粉的改性对热塑型的耐热低烟无卤阻燃电缆料具有良好的性能效果,并提高了目前热塑型电缆料的产品技术,促进了电缆料行业的发展.
To ensure the environmentally friendly use and safety performance of cables,wet modification of magnesi-um hydroxide is studied to enhance the toughness of cable materials,and then micro silicon powder is used to modi-fy low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials to improve their processing performance and insulation.The results showed that when the content of microsilica powder was 3%,the melt indices of cable materials with flame retardants of 53%or 55%were 1.2 G/10 min and 1.15 G/10 min,respectively.The water absorption rates of resin+KH550-MH+microsilica powder(47%/45%/8%)and resin+KH550-MH+microsilica powder(45%/47%/8%)are 0.54%and 0.19%,respectively.Therefore,it has been proven that the modification of microsilica powder has good performance effects on thermoplastic heat-resistant,low smoke,halogen-free and flame-retardant cable materials,and has improved the current product technology of thermoplastic cable materials,promoting the development of the cable material industry.
