消防监控系统中聚氨酯材料的阻燃与防火性能分析

聚氨酯(PU)在消防监控系统中广泛应用,但其易燃性限制了使用范围.为提高聚氨酯的阻燃性能,本研究采用海藻酸钠作为阻燃剂对其进行改性.实验结果表明,海藻酸钠的添加显著改善了聚氨酯的碳化程度、氧指数和烟密度.考虑到海藻酸钠的用量和成本,当海藻酸钠添加量达到50 g时,聚氨酯的综合性能最优,碳化程度降至0.003 7%,氧指数超过27%,烟密度降至200 Dm,有效提高了消防监控系统中材料的安全性.因此,海藻酸钠在聚氨酯材料的阻燃改性中具有重要应用价值.
Analysis of flame retardancy and fire resistance performance of polyurethane materials in fire monitoring systems
Polyurethane(PU)is widely used in fire monitoring systems,but its flammability limits its scope of use.To improve the flame retardancy of polyurethane,this study used sodium alginate as a flame retardant to modify it.The experimental results showed that the addition of sodium alginate significantly improved the carbonization de-gree,oxygen index,and smoke density of polyurethane.Considering the dosage and cost of sodium alginate,when the dosage of sodium alginate reaches 50 g,the comprehensive performance of polyurethane is optimal,with a car-bonization degree reduced to 0.003 7%,an oxygen index exceeding 27%,and a smoke density reduced to 200 Dm,effectively improving the safety of materials in fire monitoring systems.Therefore,sodium alginate has impor-tant application value in flame retardant modification of polyurethane materials.
