Preliminary study on the performance of black polyethylene sheath
As the second largest industry in Chinas wire and cable industry,polyethylene sheath is a very important type of cable material in the upstream supporting industry cable material field.The proportion of black polyethylene sheath in polyethylene sheath material exceeds 50％,so as an extremely important part of its material composition,the selection of carbon black plays a crucial role in the performance of the sheath.This article analyzes the perform-ance of carbon black in polyethylene sheaths and proposes a reasonable carbon black optimization scheme to meet the overall performance and environmental protection requirements of black polyethylene sheaths.It serves as a technical reference and reference for relevant practitioners and scholars.
