Study on extraction distillation separation of high viscosity benzene cyclohexene system
Exploring efficient methods for substance separation in high viscosity systems is of great significance in the field of chemical engineering.The use of extraction distillation separation technology for the treatment of a mix-ture of benzene and cyclohexene aims to overcome the problems of high energy consumption and low separation effi-ciency of traditional distillation technology in dealing with such high viscosity systems.In the study,low melting point solvents(DES)were introduced as extractants,and the separation process was optimized through experiments and simulations to establish the optimal operating conditions.The experimental results showed that the relative vola-tilities of ChCl∶Ur and ChCl:LA were 2.18 and 1.96,respectively,indicating that these two DES exhibited ex-cellent performance in improving the separation efficiency of benzene and cyclohexene.Overall,it can be seen that the research on extraction and distillation separation of high viscosity benzene cyclohexene system has successfully improved the separation efficiency of high viscosity benzene cyclohexene system.This provides an effective solution for the chemical industry to handle similar high viscosity mixtures.
