Innovative application of functional film technology in food packaging
With the development of society,people's requirements for food safety and quality are becoming increas-ingly high.Functional film technology provides a new solution for food packaging.This article reviews several inno-vative applications of functional films in food packaging.This article introduces the applications of antibacterial packaging film,modified atmosphere packaging film,safety indication packaging film,etc.in fresh-keeping packa-ging,intelligent packaging,etc.,and analyzes the working principles,advantages,and problems of these technol-ogies.Finally,the development prospects of functional film technology were discussed,and it was believed that with the continuous advancement of technology,functional films will have broad application prospects in the field of food packaging.
