In the development process of chemical enterprises,establishing and optimizing a quality management system can not only promote the improvement of scientific research and resource management level,but also en-hance market competitiveness.Based on this,this article focuses on analyzing the main problems faced by current chemical enterprises in quality management,and proposes effective strategies for building a quality management system for chemical enterprises.Propose ways to strengthen personnel management and apply the PDCA cycle man-agement concept,aiming to improve the quality of chemical products and reduce safety risks in chemical produc-tion.
