Research and Application of XYX-1 Wash Oil Isolation Liquid System
In order to improve the cementing quality of shale gas wells and reduce the impact of contact pollution,XYX-1 oil washing isolation fluid suitable for oil-based drilling fluid has been developed,which can effectively re-move oil film and achieve a flushing efficiency of 90.6％.Four types of oil-based drilling fluids were selected from shale gas well sites in different blocks of Sichuan Chongqing region for flushing experiments.The results showed that the flushing efficiency of this oil based isolation fluid was greater than 90％for all four types of oil-based drill-ing fluids at room temperature.
