基于分子动力学模拟的遇水膨胀橡胶改性沥青性能研究

遇水膨胀橡胶(WSR)可以有效降低混凝土的透水性.为实现该材料在沥青改性中的应用,采用分子动力学模拟方法,分析遇水膨胀橡胶与沥青的相容性以及对沥青力学性能的影响.具体包括:沥青、WSR和WSR改性沥青共混体系分子模型构建,相容性性评价,WSR掺量对沥青性能的影响以及力学性能的改性效果等.试验表明,160 ℃下,WSR与沥青的溶解度参数差值最小,所构成的共混体系更稳定;10%掺量时,结合能达到最大值,能形成稳定的共混体系;WSR改性沥青相比于基质沥青弹性模量提高了 14%,体积模量提高了 8%,剪切模量提高了 18%.研究结果对基于遇水膨胀橡胶的沥青改性研究具有一定的指导意义.
Study on the performance of water swelling rubber modified asphalt based on molecular dynamics simulation
Water swelling rubber(WSR)can effectively reduce the permeability of concrete.To achieve the applica-tion of this material in asphalt modification,molecular dynamics simulation method is used to analyze the compatibili-ty between water swelling rubber and asphalt,as well as its influence on the mechanical properties of asphalt.Specif-ically,it includes the construction of molecular models for asphalt,WSR,and WSR modified asphalt blends,com-patibility evaluation,the influence of WSR dosage on asphalt properties,and the modification effect on mechanical properties.The experiment showed that at 160 oC,the difference in solubility parameters between WSR and asphalt was the smallest,and the resulting blend system was more stable;When the dosage is 10%,the binding energy rea-ches its maximum value and a stable blend system can be formed;Compared to matrix asphalt,WSR modified asphalt has increased its elastic modulus by 14%,bulk modulus by 8%,and shear modulus by 18%.The research results have certain guiding significance for the study of asphalt modification based on water swelling rubber.
