废旧聚氨酯的处理工艺研究进展

废旧的冰箱冰柜泡棉中90%为聚氨酯(PU)硬泡,剩余为软泡,一般为热固性树脂.据统计,每回收1万台废旧冰箱和冰柜,会产生大约30吨的废弃PU泡棉.目前,PU的回收利用主要采用三种方式:物理方法、化学方法和能源方法.从工艺以及实际情况来看,物理法处理聚氨酯泡棉较符合实际情况,同时可考虑化学法处理聚氨酯泡棉的工艺.
Research progress of waste polyurethane treatment technology
90% of waste refrigerator freezer foam is PU hard foam,and the rest is soft foam,generally thermosetting resin.According to statistics,about 30 tons of waste polyurethane foam are produced for every 10000 refrigerator freez-ers recycled.At present,there are three main methods to recycle polyurethane:physical method,chemical method and energy method.From the perspective of process and actual situation,the physical treatment of polyurethane foam is more in line with the actual situation,and the chemical treatment of polyurethane foam can be considered.
