This study explores the technology of elastic polymer materials in depth.By precisely controlling the weight percentage,a mixture of about half by mass of polyurethane main polymer,about half by mass of polyacry-late auxiliary polymer,about 1/10 by mass of compatibilizer,as well as appropriate amounts of fillers,plasticizers,and interface modifiers were carefully formulated.Under suitable process conditions,a high-performance high elas-tic polymer material has been successfully developed.This material not only has excellent elasticity,can fully re-store its original state and maintain high elasticity,but also has excellent wear resistance and tear resistance,mak-ing it very suitable for high-strength and high stress application environments.Its excellent mechanical properties and strength ensure effective protection against external impacts and compression,making this material play a cruci-al role in diverse engineering and industrial applications.This study not only promotes significant progress in related technological fields,but also brings substantial economic benefits to the industry.
