聚乙烯醇/纳米氢氧化镁复合膜的阻燃耐热性研究

采用溶液共混法制备PVA/nano-MH的复合阻燃膜,研究其热降解动力学,并进行复合膜的阻燃等级评定.热降解动力学分析发现,阻燃膜的热降解反应为一级反应,阻燃膜的Fa比PVA膜明显提高.燃烧结果表明,随着nano-MH含量的增加,阻燃膜的单个试样的余焰时间、总余焰时间和第二次施加火焰后试样的余晖时间逐渐减少,当nano-MH含量达到50%时,阻燃等级达到V-0级,获得了优异的阻燃性能.nano-MH用于PVA阻燃具有广阔的应用前景.
Study on flame retardancy and heat resistance of polyvinyl alcohol/nano magnesium hydroxide composite film
PVA/nano MH composite flame retardant film was prepared by solution blending method,and its thermal degradation kinetics were studied.The flame retardant grade of the composite film was evaluated.Thermal degrada-tion kinetics analysis revealed that the thermal degradation reaction of the flame retardant film is a first-order reac-tion,and the Ea of the flame retardant film is significantly higher than that of PVA film.The combustion results showed that with the increase of nano MH content,the residual flame time,total residual flame time,and afterglow time of individual samples of the flame retardant film gradually decreased.When the nano MH content reached 50%,the flame retardant grade reached V-0 level,and excellent flame retardant performance was obtained.Nano MH has broad application prospects for PVA flame retardancy.
