Optimization of conditions for determining the conversion rate of chlorine content in xylene using microcoulometry method
When using microcoulometry to determine the chlorine content in samples of xylene below 2.0 mg/L,it is difficult to obtain accurate measurement results due to the influence of operating conditions and human factors. The article addresses practical issues in product analysis and explores the effects and solutions of factors such as temperature, nitrogen to oxygen flow ratio, bias voltage, and titration cell on the determination of conversion rate.By optimizing operating conditions, the accuracy of analysis results has been improved.
