钴基超级电容器材料制备及电化学性能分析

钴基材料具有成本低、自然界分布广、氧化还原反应更丰富等优点,成为超级电容器电极材料的研究热点.本研究以氯化钴和硼氢化钠为原料,制备了 5种不同比例的活性物质,表征材料的形貌,并在三电极体系中进行电化学性能检测,研究结果表明,在1A/g电流密度下,n(Co2+)∶n(NaBH4)=1∶2的钴化合物的比电容可以达到757 F/g.
Preparation and electrochemical performance analysis of cobalt based supercapacitor materials
Cobalt based materials have the advantages of low cost,wide natural distribution,and richer redox reac-tions,making them a research hotspot for supercapacitor electrode materials.This study prepared five different rati-os of active materials using cobalt chloride and sodium borohydride as raw materials,characterized the morphology of the materials,and conducted electrochemical performance testing in a three electrode system.The research re-sults showed that at a current density of 1 A/g,the specific capacitance of the cobalt compound with n(Co2+)∶n(NaBH4)=1∶2 could reach 757 F/g.
