磁性分子印迹聚合物在样品前处理中的应用研究

本研究旨在探讨磁性分子印迹聚合物在样品前处理中的应用.采用气相色谱-串联质谱法联合磁性分子印迹聚合物,测定样品中萘、苊烯、苊、芴、菲、蒽、荧蒽、芘的含量.结果:在质量浓度为0.6~48 μg/kg范围内,相关系数均大于等于0.997 0.检出限为0.26~0.48 μg/kg,定量限为0.81~1.42 µg/kg.该方法可有效应用于外卖餐盒等食品包装材料中多环芳烃的检测与分析.
Application research of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers in sample pretreatment
This study aims to explore the application of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers in sample pretreat-ment.Gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry combined with magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers was used to determine the content of naphthalene,phenanthrene,phenanthrene,anthracene,fluoranthene,and pyrene in the sample.Result:Within the mass concentration range of 0.6~48 µg/kg,the correlation coefficients were all greater than or equal to 0.997 0.The detection limit is 0.26~0.48 μg/kg,and the quantification limit is 0.81~1.42 μg/kg.This method can be effectively applied to the detection and analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocar-bons in food packaging materials such as takeaway food containers.
