超双疏超自洁涂料在电力设备防潮防凝露中的应用与分析

文章对超双疏超自洁涂料在电力设备防潮防凝露中的应用及其效果进行研究.电力设备在高湿环境下易受潮湿和凝露影响,导致绝缘性能降低、腐蚀和污闪等问题.由于传统防潮措施存在的局限,本研究基于"荷叶效应"设计的超双疏超自洁涂料,通过形成超疏水和超疏油的表面,有效防止湿气聚集.通过对变压器、开关柜和绝缘子进行涂覆试验,验证了涂料的疏水、防凝露和耐污闪性能.实验结果表明,涂层处理后,设备表面接触角大于150°,滚动角小于10°,显著提高了防潮效果;在高湿环境下,设备结露时间超过24 h,而未涂覆设备在2 h内结露.涂层使设备的绝缘电阻提高了约200%,污闪电压增加了约35%.
Application and analysis of super dual hydrophobic and super self-cleaning coatings in moisture and condensation prevention of power equipment
This article studies the application and effectiveness of ultra double hydrophobic and ultra self-cleaning coatings in moisture and condensation prevention of power equipment.Power equipment is susceptible to moisture and condensation in high humidity environments,leading to issues such as reduced insulation performance,corro-sion,and pollution flashover.Due to the limitations of traditional moisture-proof measures,this study designed an ultra double hydrophobic and ultra self-cleaning coating based on the"lotus leaf effect",which effectively prevents moisture accumulation by forming a superhydrophobic and superoleophobic surface.Through coating tests on trans-formers,switchgear,and insulators,the hydrophobicity,anti condensation,and anti pollution flashover perform-ance of the coating were verified.The experimental results show that after coating treatment,the surface contact an-gle of the equipment is greater than 150 ° and the rolling angle is less than 10 °,significantly improving the mois-ture-proof effect;In high humidity environments,the condensation time of equipment exceeds 24 hours,while un-coated equipment condenses within 2 hours.The coating increased the insulation resistance of the equipment by a-bout 200%and the pollution flashover voltage by about 35%.
