The polymerization reaction of polyester equipment using the Jima process is carried out under vacuum,and the quality of the vacuum system directly affects the product quality.Through the study of the principle,com-position,characteristics,and operating conditions of the vacuum system,this article analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the fluctuations in the final condensation vacuum system during the production process of polyester e-quipment.
