水凝胶是一种具有三维网络结构的高分子材料,因其结构和功能与生物组织相似的特性,使其在生物医学等领域中得以广泛应用.丝胶蛋白由于其资源丰富、多种生物活性和优异的物理化学特性,成为一种极具潜力的水凝胶基材.丝胶蛋白基水凝胶是一种含有丝胶蛋白的三维网络结构的凝胶材料.本文首先介绍了丝胶蛋白的结构组成与特性,然后阐述了丝胶蛋白的提取方法和凝胶化机制,又总结了纯丝胶蛋白水凝胶与丝胶蛋白复合水凝胶的制备,最后简要分析了丝胶蛋白基水凝胶的生物应用.
Preparation and biological application of sericin protein based hydrogel
Hydrogel is a kind of polymer material with three-dimensional network structure.Because its structure and function are similar to those of biological tissues,it has been widely used in biomedicine and other fields.Seri-cin is a potential hydrogel substrate because of its abundant resources,various biological activities and excellent physical and chemical properties.Sericin based hydrogel is a kind of gel material containing sericin protein with three-dimensional network structure.In this paper,the structural composition and characteristics of sericin protein were introduced firstly,then the extraction methods and gel mechanism of sericin protein were expounded,and the preparation of pure sericin protein hydrogel and sericin protein composite hydrogel were summarized.Finally,the biological application of sericin protein based hydrogel was briefly analyzed.
