According to the experimental results of 83 confined high-strength concrete specimens, the influences of stirrup spacing, volume stirrup ratio, stirrup strength, concrete strength on peak stress, peak strain and ultimate strain of confined high-strength concrete were analyzed. The results show that confining reinforcemeni characteristic value is the synthetical reflection of the above-mentioned factors and the most important influencing factor. Taking confining reinforcement characteristic value as a parameter, the relations between peak stress, peak strain, ultimate strain and confining reinforcement characteristic value were respectively established.
