宽热滞NiTiNb形状记忆合金在混凝土结构主动约束加固中的应用研究进展

摘要
形状记忆合金(SMA)是一种性能优良的智能驱动材料,通过加热即可产生可观的回复力.宽热滞NiTiNb SMA的热触发回复力更是可在工程结构所处的环境温度下永久保持,若将其应用于混凝土结构主动约束加固,可克服传统主动约束加固方法存在的预应力施加步骤繁琐、施工机械繁重以及预应力损失严重等问题,并有效地提升加固施工质量和速度.从宽热滞NiTiNb SMA的晶体结构和马氏体相变等形状记忆效应机理出发,阐释其回复力输出特性,进一步综述宽热滞NiTiNb SMA作为智能驱动器在混凝土结构主动约束加固中的应用研究进展,提出存在的问题,并探讨未来的发展方向及研究重点.
Abstract
Shape memory alloy(SMA)is a kind of intelligent driving material with excellent performance,which can produce considerable recovery force through heating.The thermal triggered recovery force of NiTiNb SMA with wide thermal hysteresis can be permanently maintained at the ambient temperature of the engineering structure.If NiTiNb SMA is applied to the active restraint reinforcement of concrete structures,it can overcome the problems existing in the traditional active restraint reinforcement method,such as the tedious application of prestress,heavy construction machinery and serious loss of prestress,and effectively improve the quality and speed of the reinforcement construction.Based on the crystal structure and martensitic transformation of wide thermal hysteresis NiTiNb SMA,the recovery force output characteristics of NiTiNb SMA were explained.Further,the application of NiTiNb SMA as an intelligent driver in active restraint reinforcement of concrete structures was reviewed,the existing problems were pointed out,and the future development direction and research focus were discussed.
