摘要

苏州某五星级酒店建筑高度79.050m,结构形式为框架-剪力墙结构,主塔楼和裙房之间未设置防震缝,结构存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变及局部穿层柱、V形斜柱4项不规则项.介绍了结构方案、性能目标及整体分析方法,针对酒店设备转换层层高较小的情况,提出了解决措施,并对穿层柱、V形斜柱的受力性能进行了详细的分析,对于V形斜柱顶部的楼板展开了有限元分析.采用YJK和PMSAP两种不同类型的有限元软件对结构进行了小震分析,并进行了弹性时程补充验算;采用SAUSAGE软件进行大震下结构弹塑性动力时程分析,对大震下结构的性能水准展开评估,最后提出了结构构造加强措施.结构可以达到预定的抗震性能指标,抗震性能良好.

Abstract

The building height of the five-star hotel in Suzhou is 79.050m,and the structural form is frame-shear wall structure.There are no seismic joints between the main tower and the podium.There are four irregular items in the structure,such as torsional irregularity,floor discontinuity,stiffness mutation and local layer through column and V-shaped inclined column.The structural scheme,performance target and overall calculation results were introduced.In view of the small height of the hotel equipment conversion layer,the solutions and the mechanical properties of the layer through column were put forward and V-shaped inclined column were analyzed in detail,the floor at the top of the V-shaped inclined column was analyzed by finite element method.Two kinds of finite element software YJK and PMSAP were used to analyze the the structure under frequent earthquake,and the supplementary calculation of elastic time history was carried out.The elastoplastic dynamic time history analysis of structure under rare earthquake was carried out by using the software of SAUSAGE.The performance level of the structure under the rare earthquake was evaluated,and the strengthening measures of structure were put forward.The structure can reach the predetermined seismic performance index and the seismic performance is good.
