摘要

上海金桥国培地块研发项目A楼总高 99m,共 21 层,其中 4 层以下为裙楼,4~5 层之间无柱,5~20 层全部悬挂于设置在核心筒上部的屋顶桁架,是国内最大的单体悬挂结构之一.详细介绍了拟采用的逆向施工法,包括屋顶桁架提升、悬挂楼层提升以及楼板浇筑三个阶段 50 个子步的施工过程;进行了全过程的模拟分析,计算并评估了该施工过程给重点部位的位移和应力带来的影响,包括屋顶桁架悬挂柱连接点位移变化、各层核心筒和楼层梁的位移变化、屋顶桁架关键部位的内力变化、楼板设置后浇带的重要性以及施工过程中极端天气下风荷载对结构的影响;提出了施工过程中的防风措施.

Abstract

The total height of Building A of the Shanghai Jinqiao Guopei research and development project is 99 meters,with a total of 21 floors.The podium building is located below the 4th floor,and there are no columns between the 4th and 5th floors.The 5th to 20th floors are all suspended on the roof truss set on the upper part of the core tube,making it the largest single suspension structure in China.The reverse construction method to be adopted was introduced in detail,including the construction process of 50 steps in three stages:roof truss lifting,suspended floor lifting and floor slab pouring.The simulation analysis of the whole process was carried out,and the influence of the construction process on the displacement and stress of key parts was calculated and evaluated,including the displacement change of the connection point of the suspension column of the roof truss,the displacement change of the core tube and floor beam of each floor,the internal force change of the key parts of the roof truss,the importance of setting post cast strips of the floor slab,and the influence of wind load on the structure in extreme weather during the construction process.The wind prevention measures in the construction process were put forward.
