Theoretical calculation and test research on airborne sound insulation of wooden structure floor system
In view of sound insulation problems of the light wood structure building floor,relevant floor acoustic research was carried out and a method to solve the problem of sound insulation of the light wood structure building floor was explored.Taking an ordinary floor and three kinds of floating floors in the same bedroom of a two-story light wooden structure building as the research object,by adopting the standard white noise and music noise excitation test method under the condition of air sound insulation,structural design,theoretical calculation and on-site sound insulation test were carried out,and their sound insulation capacity,sound pressure distribution characteristic spectrum,noise source frequency characteristic,insulation analysis of sound pressure level multiple relationship and sound insulation mechanism were analyzed.The results show that the airborne sound insulation volume of the three types of floating floors is 1~2dB(A)higher than that of ordinary floors.Under the music noise excitation conditions,the sound insulation test value of ordinary floor is 2~3dB lower than that under the condition of white noise excitation conditions,and the sound insulation test value of three kinds of floating floors is 3~4dB lower than that under white noise excitation conditions.The sound insulation effect of cork board floating floor in the middle and high frequency band is better,and the BGL floating floor and EPP floating floor in the middle and low frequency have better sound insulation effect.The optimal design and detection method for sound insulation performance of wooden building floor system proposed can better meet the living comfort of residents.
