The fabricated steel structure has the advantages of fast construction, short construction period and little pollution.Based on this,a beam-column joint in prefabricated steel frame with reconfigurable function was proposed, which was composed of square steel pipe column,H-shaped steel beam,fuse,high-strength bolt and cast-in-place floor, and 13 finite element models were established to analyze the three parameters, namely the gap width between the beams at the fuse, fuse slenderness ratio and fuse yield strength. The results show that the fuse can realize damage control and protect the main structure from damage; When the gap width between the beams at the fuse is greater than 5mm,it can ensure that the beam section does not collide, and the damage is concentrated at the fuse.It is recommended to use a gap width of 10mm in engineering applications. When the fuses slenderness ratio is 43,it can ensure that the beam-column joint in prefabricated steel frame with reconfigurable function have sufficient bearing capacity and can realize the damage control of fuses. When Q345B steel is selected for the main structure,Q235B steel should be used for the fuse to achieve damage control of the fuse.
