Dalian Suoyuwan Professional Football Stadium is a complex multi-structure system,which is mainly composed of concrete frame structure,cable truss structure and membrane structure of roofing system,steel structure,cable structure and membrane structure in exterior curtain wall system.The canopy is a cable truss structure,supported on the steel pressure ring,which is supported on 56 straight steel columns.The bottom and top of the steel column are hinged,and the herringbone support between the columns is set locally.The cable tension ring is set on the inside of the cable truss,and the steel cantilever shed is set on the inside of the tension ring.The upper chord of cable truss structure of roofing system are oblique cable nets,the lower chord are radial cable nets,and the vertical steel struts are set at the intersection of the upper and lower chords.The membrane structure of roofing system adopts the tensioned membrane structure system.The external curtain wall system adopts steel truss structure,and the exterior curtain wall system with cable and ETFE membrane structure is set between the annular ramps which are supported on the steel truss structure.This project adopts structural performance-based design to control structural deformation and bearing capacity,and proposes corresponding design schemes and design principles to achieve architectural effect and ensure reasonable structure design.
