Main structure design of Guangzhou national science device for aviation tire
As an important building for performing scientific test and attracting industrial investment,Guangzhou national science device for aviation tire has novel and strange scheme,which is a combination of vertical circles and horizontal circles.In the structural design,it was divided into two independent structural bodies by setting shockproof seam.The related factors of architectural modeling,testing equipment and super-high span crane,etc.were considered.The vertical circle is a steel center-braced frame structure with a six-story whole space.The calculated length coefficient of 30-meter cross-layer column was reduced by strong bracing system from the crane braces.Above 30 meters,a semicircular cylindrical single-layer lattice shells structure was structured conforming to the building shape,thereby the material was saved and appearance realized.The horizontal circle is a steel frame structure.The large-span roof is made of one-way dense ribbed steel beam,and the maximum height of the steel beam section is 1.9m to meet the requirements of building headroom and structural deflection.Truss hinged support was used between the curtain wall and the main body to realize the drum curtain wall modeling.The foundation of 10 semi-buried test-bed was cast-in-place concrete pile foundation.The isolation ditch was set up to reduce the influence of dynamic test on the main body.The design not only well realizes the building function,but also guarantees safety and applicability.
