苏州某大型商业综合体项目位于 7 度抗震设防烈度区,为体型重叠建筑.通过 5 道防震缝将建筑整体划分为购物中心A区、购物中心B区、停车楼、商业街A区、商业街B区五个独立结构单元.购物中心A区为复杂连体高层建筑,1~5 层采用框架-剪力墙结构,两个单体在 3~5 层中区由钢桁架相连,顶部(6 层)钢桁架结构与两个单体通过成品球铰支座连接,形成强连体结构.充分考虑了周期比、位移比双指标平衡后对购物中心A区剪力墙布置进行了优化;屋顶钢桁架结构支座采用变刚度设计,局部设置滑动支座解决恒载下杆件应力比较高的问题.通过性能化设计,该复杂结构连体部位可以满足中震弹性、大震不屈服的性能目标要求.性能化设计及专项分析表明,影院钢结构具有良好的抗震性能、楼盖舒适度及防倒塌性能.
Structural design of a large complex commercial conjoined structure in Suzhou
A large commercial complex project in Suzhou is located in the seismic fortification intensity area of 7 degrees.It is a building with overlapping shapes.The building is divided into five independent structural units by five seismic joints:shopping center area A,shopping center area B,parking building,commercial street area A and commercial street area B.The shopping center area A is a complex connected high-rise building,the frame shear wall structure is used in 1~5 floors,the two individual buildings are connected by steel trusses in the middle area of the 3~5 floors,the top(6th floor)steel truss structure is connected to the two individual buildings through finished ball joint supports,forming a strong connected structure.After fully considering the balance of cycle ratio and displacement ratio,the layout of shear walls in shopping center area A was optimized.The roof steel truss structure supports were designed with variable stiffness,and sliding bearings were locally installed to solve the problem of high stress of members under constant load.The complex structural connection can meet the performance goals of medium earthquake elasticity and non-yielding during large earthquakes by performance-based design.Performance-based design and specialized analyses show that the cinema steel structure has good seismic performance,floor comfort,and anti-collapse performance.
