Summary on structural design and analysis of a mountain project in Beijing
The total construction area of a mountainous project in Beijing is about 92000m2,the main building consists of 19 stacked villas and 5 western-style houses, all of which are 5 floors above ground, the main height is 15.0m,and 2 or 3 floors underground. The villas and western-style houses adopt assembled monolithic reinforced shear wall structure system;each unit is connected through 7 underground garages of 1or 2 floors.Firstly, based on the project overview and national policy requirements, the structural system was determined, and the geological hazards of the construction site based on the characteristics of mountainous buildings was evaluated.Secondly, according to the actual situation of the site, the vertical design scheme was discussed. At the same time, the key and difficult points in the design of the main structure foundation and the support of the soil slope in the seismic fortification intensity 8 degree(0.20g)area,and the solutions were described in detail. The research and design results show that:combined with the platform height difference,by selecting reasonable structural layout and calculation measures, the sub-item calculation indexes can better meet the requirements of relevant specifications, the structure design is safe and reliable.
