Comparative analysis of steel structure residential structure system based on standard house type of social security housing
By selecting two standard house type building unit planes in Shenzhen social security housing standardized design atlas(SJG 27-2015),structural layout and calculation analysis were carried out under the conditions of different building heights(40,70,100m),different regions(Wuhan,Shenzhen)and different structural systems(traditional steel structure system,new steel structure system).According to the calculation results,the different mechanical performance indexes(structural period,interstory displacement angle),economic indicator(steel content)and building functional applicability of each structural system were analyzed and compared,it is concluded that the comprehensive performance of the new steel structure system(wall-column frame structure,wall-column frame-bracing structure,wall-column frame-ductile wallboard structure)is better than that of the corresponding traditional steel structure system.When the building height is low,the wall-column frame structure can be selected;when the building height is high,wall-column frame-bracing structure or wall-column frame-ductile wallboard structure can be selected,but it is more reasonable and effective for wall-column frame-ductile wallboard structure in the high level force area.The new steel structure system has reasonable structural force and good economy,which can solve the problem of exposed beam and column that has always existed in the traditional steel structure system,and can better match the standard house type of social security housing.
