冻融循环下全灌浆套筒连接接头试验研究

Experimental study on full grouting sleeve connection joint under freeze-thaw cycle

针对高强灌浆料和全灌浆套筒连接件,进行了不同冻融循环次数后的力学性能试验研究,并采用ABAQUS模拟了全灌浆套筒冻融循环后的损伤情况.结果表明:冻融循环后试块抗压强度损失最为严重;冻融循环 50 次内,试块的抗折强度损失率均小于 5%;在冻融循环作用下,试件各接触面的粘结力下降,环肋位置受到的剪力增大,应变减小,平均破坏位移增加;经过 75 次冻融循环后,试件的极限粘结强度平均下降 10.3%;试验与模拟对比得出,在冻融循环 75 次时,全灌浆套筒内灌浆料损伤严重,但灌浆料与钢筋之间的锚固性能并未完全失效;冻融循环 100 次时钢筋呈刮犁式拔出,试件破坏.
The experimental study on mechanical properties of high strength grouting material and full grouting sleeve connector after different freeze-thaw cycles were carried,and the damage of full grouting sleeve after freeze-thaw cycles was simulated by ABAQUS.The results show that the compressive strength loss of the test block is the most serious after the freeze-thaw cycle.Within 50 freeze-thaw cycles,the loss rate of flexural strength of the test block is less than 5%.Under the action of freeze-thaw cycles,the bonding force of each contact surface of the specimen decreases,the shear force at the ring rib position increases,the strain decreases,and the average failure displacement increases.After 75 freeze-thaw cycles,the ultimate bond strength of the specimens decreases by 10.3%on average.The comparison between the test and the simulation shows that when the freeze-thaw cycle is 75 times,the grouting material in the full grouting sleeve is seriously damaged,but the anchoring performance between the grouting material and the steel bar is not completely invalid.When the freeze-thaw cycle is 100 times,the steel bar is scraped out and the specimen is destroyed.
