核设施钢结构洞口密封门的设计与分析

核设施运行后,放射性元素具有潜在危险性,门作为屏障边界的一部分,常需要具备密封的功能.根据施工安装及试验工序要求,需要在巷道洞口钢筋混凝土墙上安装一个带有运输通道门的洞口密封门,承担试验压力载荷-15kPa,并满足泄漏率要求.基于工况要求,设计了一种洞口密封门,包含密封门的门板、压紧结构和密封垫等.为了减轻设备重量,利用井字梁理论和矩形面板弹性薄板小挠度理论,计算门板的型钢框架龙骨和密封面板,取质量最小的组合,并利用ANSYS Workbench对理论计算设计的洞口密封门进行了计算分析,验证了设计的可靠性.经过样机试验设计,进一步保证洞口密封门设计方案的密封性和可操作性,确定螺栓的预紧力大小,确保设备投入使用时的可靠性.
Design and analysis of steel structure portal sealing door of nuclear facilities
After the operation of nuclear facilities,radioactive elements are potentially dangerous.As a part of the barrier boundary,the door often needs to have the function of sealing.According to the requirements of construction,installation and test process,it is necessary to install a portal sealing door with a transport passage door on the reinforced concrete wall of the tunnel entrance,which bear the test pressure load of-15kPa and meet the requirements of leakage rate.Based on the requirements of working conditions,a kind of portal sealing door was designed,including the door panel,compression structure and gasket etc.In order to reduce the weight of the equipment,using the grillage beam theory and the small deflection theory of the elastic thin plate of the rectangular panel,the steel frame keel and the sealing panel of the door panel were calculated,and the combination with the minimum mass was selected.And ANSYS Workbench was used to calculate and analyze the theoretical design of the portal sealing door,which verifies the reliability of the design.Through the prototype test design,the tightness and operability of the design scheme of the portal sealing door at the entrance were further ensured,and the pre-tightening force of the bolts was determined to ensure the reliability of the equipment when it is put into use.
